On April 27, the launch and Implementation plan demonstration meeting of the 2020 National Key Research and Development Plan in the blockchain field was held in Beijing。More than 50 people from the High-tech Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the project lead unit Beijing Institute of Technology, the project expert group of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the project consultant expert group, the project leader, the project leader, the backbone members of the project team and the project management related members attended the meeting。

The launch meeting was presided over by An Jianping, dean of the School of Cyberspace Security of Beijing Institute of Technology。Yang Fan, Executive vice President of the Institute of Science and Technology of Beijing Institute of Technology, delivered a welcoming speech and expressed his heartfelt thanks to the experts for their concern and support for the project。Zhou Yuan, director of the High-tech Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology and director of the Information Technology Department of the Beijing Science and Technology Commission, congratulated on the launch of the project, and hoped that the project team could seize the opportunity to make influential results and complete the project research tasks with high quality。

Yang Fan issued a letter of appointment for the project consultant。

Professor Zhu Lihuang, the project leader and School of Cyberspace Security of Beijing Institute of Technology, introduced the project implementation plan in detail from the aspects of key scientific issues, research content and technical routes, assessment indicators, research task decomposition, schedule arrangement and management safeguards。Focusing on the research objectives of the project, Professor Du Xiaoyong, leader of the expert group for the demonstration of the project implementation plan, organized the participating experts to demonstrate the project implementation plan。The paper focuses on the project risk management control, project organization guarantee mechanism, project result transformation, project organization management plan implementation, division of labor interface among various subjects and so on, and puts forward valuable opinions and suggestions。Finally, the expert group formed an evaluation opinion, agreed that the project research objectives are clear, the implementation plan is reasonable and feasible, and unanimously agreed that the project implementation plan passed the demonstration。

This project focuses on the general monitoring and security assessment mechanism of the new blockchain system, and realizes the prototype verification and demonstration application of the monitoring and security assessment of the new blockchain system。Through the implementation of the project, an innovative and practical team will be formed to promote the research on the cutting-edge theoretical basis of new blockchain system security and serve the strategic needs of the country。
